What is UV light?

UV light can be divided into 3 bands which are UVA, UVB, and UVC, with reducing wavelengths and increasing energy. UV sterilizers use UVC light, which has a shorter wavelength and can kill up to 99.9% of bacteria and prevents the growth of the bacteria. UV radiation, generated by an electrical discharge via mercury lamp, penetrates the microorganisms and destroys the cell’s ability to reproduce.

What is Ozone?

It is an unstable gas with different chemical substances that is able to purify up to 99% germs within a specific area. Ozone is generated by an electrical discharge via dry air or pure oxygen.
