► Will it work in Window 7?

► Is this what I need in order to use the XBox One S Kinect?

► I plugged this into my XBox and it is not reacting. What can I do?

On your console, open the Guide and select System. Select All Settings - Kinect & Devices. Select Kinect and follow the instructions to set up your sensor. If that doesn't work, you can test the adapter by connecting to a Windows PC. If it is powered up but does not show up on a computer, it may be caused by a broken USB 3.0 cable.

► Does it work with 220V? What are the power requirements?

The Kinect adapter is dual voltage, so you will be able to use it with a 220V power source. It accepts voltage from 110V to 220V.

► Can it be used for facial recognition in Window 10?

If you are using Kinect for Windows, it will work for Windows Hello. You will need to make sure all your drivers and OS is completely up to date.
